We accept high-resolution PDFs, TIFFs or print-ready files. Specs vary by format: bulletins need 300 DPI at output size or 30–50 DPI at actual size; digital displays need JPEG/PNG at native screen resolution; vinyl wraps require vector or large-format raster files.
Standard production is 5–7 business days from approved artwork: bulletin vinyl, posters and shelter prints. Wallscape vinyls take 10–14 days. Hand-painted murals require 4–8 weeks. Rush orders may be available with premium pricing.
Yes. Our design team adapts your existing creative to OOH specs, designs new campaigns from scratch, and handles all format-specific adjustments (bleeds, safe areas, color management). We deliver print-ready files for sign-off.
Standard substrates: 10oz flex-face vinyl (bulletins), 8oz banner vinyl (smaller boards), perforated window film (vehicle wraps), backlit polycarbonate (illuminated shelters) and weather-rated PVC. We also handle eco-friendly substrate options on request.
Yes. Digital proofs are standard at no charge; hard-copy proofs (color-accurate samples) are available on request. We use industry-standard color profiles to ensure your brand colors match across every print.
