In 2023, Scribd, Inc. restructured its portfolio by launching Everand, a digital reading subscription platform that houses literary content from top global publishers. Alongside SlideShare, a presentation-sharing platform, these brands collectively cater to diverse knowledge-seekers worldwide. After successfully crafting Everand’s brand identity, Mother Design has now reimagined Scribd’s visual and strategic presence.

- A Thoughtful Color Palette: Scribd retains its signature green as a unifying element, complemented by earthy pastels that evoke the warmth of physical archives.
Bridging the Physical and Digital Worlds
Inspired by traditional libraries and archives, the new design features elements reminiscent of turning book pages and stacking documents, reinforcing the tangible connection to learning and discovery. To ensure authenticity, the Mother Design team even visited physical archives, drawing inspiration from the textures and experiences of real-world research spaces.
The Global Rollout of Scribd’s New Identity
Scribd’s revamped identity is now being implemented across its website and mobile apps, accompanied by marketing campaigns and social media initiatives. The transformation is part of a broader effort to rejuvenate and modernize Scribd, Inc.’s portfolio, with further developments planned throughout the year.
This professional campaign, titled ‘Rebrand,’ was launched in February 2025 across the United Kingdom and the United States.
